ADS SI provides third-party inspection services to NYC property owners/managers and their tenants. ADS SI’s specially-trained professionals approach projects from an owner’s perspective – identifying strategic and cost effective means to expedite project completion, ensure compliance with NYC codes and regulations, and close-out of Department of Building’s (DOB) applications. By utilizing industry protocols for documenting deficiencies, we help clients with cost control and obtaining reimbursement for re-inspections caused by deficiencies. We are proud of our track record of saving our client’s money with inspection procedures that include annotated plans and photographic evidence of deficiencies. ADS SI ownership, management and staff are comprised of individuals with in-depth knowledge of the design, NYC construction codes, and inspections. The ADS SI inspection team consists of seasoned engineers, architects and technical staff who perform special inspections for construction jobs, building modifications, and related installations. In addition to maintaining a strict Quality Control Policy to ensure all construction work matches DOB-approved plans, UBSL also produces detailed inspection reports early in the construction process – ensuring the project team has the opportunity rectify issues in a timely and cost-effective manner. ADS SI also has expertise with the NYC Energy Conservation Code (NYC ECC) and performs Energy Code Progress Inspections as required under BC Section §109.3.5.
